For lock mortising, two width cuts will be needed to achieve the standard 19mm mortise.
The lock mortiser will plunge and clear chips to a depth of 70mm in a number of passes.
Tool has extra long shanks.
Adjust the cutter in the collet to achieve maximum plunge depth.
Take several passes to avoid cutter breakage and motor overload.
