Make mortise & tenon joints with your drill. The beadlock joint is made by first using the jig to drill multiple overlapping holes to create a mortise into each of the two parts to be joined. Then, a corresponding length of beadlock tenon dowel is cut and glued into the mortises.
Beadlock is safe, simple, strong and requires only a drill and 3/8 inch or 1/2 inch drill bits.
Innovative shape of tenon stock provides maximum side grain gluing surface.
Deep joints are limited only by your drill bit. Easily join large or long lengths.
Handles material thickness 3/4 inch and up.
Ideal as a dowelling jig.
Hardened steel drill blocks.
Kit is supplied with dowels.
Additional tenon dowels are available.
Router cutters are also available to make your own tenon dowels.
Requires standard 3/8 inch or 1/2 inch drill bits.
