These cutters are suitable for grooving, rebating, mortising & drilling, the single flute cutters offer fast free cutting. If you require a cleaner cut please use two flute cutters.

The depth of cut on cutters of 2.0 mm diameter and below should be a maximum of 1.0 mm per pass.

Small diameters in Tungsten Carbide must be handled with care to avoid breakage and very shallow passes must be made. Use Tungsten Carbide tooling when working with abrasive materials such as chipboard, MDF, plywood & certain hardwoods

Single flute cutters must not be used in eccentric chucks.
